The showroom is open six days a week. No appointment needed, though if you want someone to walk you through a specific product, let us know in advance and we’ll have the right person waiting. Parking is on the High Street or in the side streets nearby.
Our phone is answered during showroom hours. If we’re with another customer, leave a message and we’ll call you back the same day.

We try to keep it simple.
You get in touch, however suits you.
We reply within one working day with an answer, or a time for a proper chat.
If you want a quote, we’ll either do it from your details or arrange a no-obligation home survey. Home surveys take around 30 to 45 minutes. No sales pitch.
You get a written quote, usually within a few days of the visit.
If you want to go ahead, we book the install at a time that works for you. If you don’t, no hard feelings.
That’s it. No pressure tactics, no “today only” pricing, no manager getting called in to drop the price. Just a straight process.

Yes, for straightforward replacement work, we can quote from good photos and measurements. For extensions, conservatories, or anything structural, we’ll need to come out.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes and home surveys are free and no-obligation.
How long does a typical window replacement take?

How do I know what I need?
That’s what the showroom visit or the home survey is for. We’ll talk through options, show you the products, and give you an honest steer.
